Enzo's Great Escape
Meet Enzo, the most famous emu in Ontario! One day in early 2026, Enzo decided she wanted to see the world and escaped from her home at a rescue farm. People in the town of Almonte were very surprised to see a giant bird walking past their houses! Emus are the second-tallest birds in the world, and they can run super fastâup to 50 kilometres per hour. After a fun day of exploring, Enzo was safely caught and brought back home for a well-deserved nap. Learn more!
